Expressive Drawing

Inspired by the richly symbolic and dreamlike worlds depicted by a Renaissance painter from the 15th and 16th centuries, I created a series of four black-and-white drawings. These works, made with black pen on A4-sized paper, reinterpret selected details from his artworks, transforming them into the narrative style of comic strips, influenced by authors like Hugo Pratt and Corto Maltese.
